Contacts If You Are In Emotional Crisis.

Do you need support urgently?

EMERGENCY GP APPOINTMENTS AND ACCIDENT & EMERGENCY DEPARTMENTS

A&E departments are where the most serious and urgent medical emergencies are treated. If you’re experiencing a mental health emergency, it’s absolutely vital to take it as seriously as you would if you had a physical health emergency – for example, when you feel unable to keep yourself safe and you need immediate help, especially if you think you are at risk of acting on suicidal thoughts, or you have seriously harmed yourself and need medical attention. You can also contact your GP and ask for an emergency appointment or try some of the contacts below.
